Attached herewith is the invitation from UP Cinema, A student collegiate film organization based in the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines- Diliman which aims to create an avenue for film makers and film enthusiasts to share cinematic ideas. The film organization is inviting junior high school students from Dasmarinas City who aspire to hone their potentials in the field of film production and film criticism (of any medium) through first development program -Pelikolektibo, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
