In compliance with DepEd Memorandum No. 071, s. 2021 on the Preparations for the Pilot Face-to-Face, Expansion and Transitioning to New Normal, all public and private schools offering kindergarten to senior high school in the division are hereby directed to conduct an updated self-assessment using the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) provided in the enclosure no. 1 of the attached memorandum.
From the initial issuance of Division Memorandum No. 199, s. 2021 on the same matter on October 20, 2021, this Division is updating its initial data gathered from the SSAT which will determine the level of readiness of schools in preparation for the safe reopening of classes and will provide them the necessary information on the improvements and adjustment that has to be made prior to the implementation of face-to-face classes. These statistics will also serve as baseline data for the Division Office in providing support and technical assistance to schools in addressing the existing gaps and issues that are currently present.
The conduct of self-assessment for the updated data will commence from December 15, 2021 onwards and results of the data gathered shall be submitted thru email at ramil.villa@deped.gov.ph (public) and heicellemae.hernandez@deped.gov.ph (private) on or before January 7, 2021 for division validation purposes.
