The School Property Custodian plays a very vital role in terms of acquisition, utilization, and disposal of government properties. DepEd Memorandum No. 328 S. 2009 ensures the uniform implementation and clarify issues and concerns in the designation of a School Property Custodian. The need to have a capacity building seminar workshop is timely to equip them the skills and knowledge of the 3 phases of Asset Management. The Administrative Service – Property and Supply Section will conduct capacity building seminar on asset management on December 27-28, 2021, at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City.
