Corrigendum to the Numbered Memorandum entitled DIVISION ORIENTATION SEMINAR ON DENGUE VACCINATION IMPLEMENTATION in preparation for the Dengue Vaccination as stated on February 9, 2015 will be postponed. New schedule for the conduct of orientation seminar will be announced soon.
However, the submission of master listing of Grade 4 students should be forwarded to the Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) office on February 17, 2016 50 that necessary request of materials, tools and dengue vaccine will be done ahead through Local
Government Unit (LGU).
Immediate dissemination and appropriate action for this Memorandum is desired.
