Attached is the letter of Wilfredo E. Cabral, Director III, Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Regional Director to all Schools Division Superintendent re: the letter request of the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) to endorse ACT-Region IV-A Union to all Schools Division Superintendents, Public Schools District Supervisors, School Heads and Presidents of Public School Teachers Association (Division and Districtwide) to accommodate and assist them in encouraging rank and file teachers in signing the Petition for Accreditation of ACT-Region IV-A Union.
It is also emphasized in the letter response of Director Cabral to Alvin 0. Fuentes, Regional President of ACT-Region IV-A Union, that all superintendents will be coordinated to remind on time-on-task needs to be sustained and that all activities requiring financial contributions shall be made on purely voluntary basis.
