The Office of the President, through Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medealdea, issued a Memorandum dated April 07, 2020 extending the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) over the entire Luzon until 11:59 p.m. of April 30, 2020 pursuant to Republic Act No. 11469 or the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act”, Proclamation Nos. 929 and 922 (s. 2020) and the recommendation of the Inter Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).
As directed, all agencies shall continue implementing its existing guidelines relative to the ECQ during the period of extension. Thus, the Division of Dasmariñas will continue adopting telecommuting or the work from home scheme of its personnel following the declaration of the President extending the implementation of ECQ over the entire Luzon until April 30, 2020. The relevant provisions of previously issued memoranda on telecommuting as alternative work arrangement shall remain in full force and effect until further guidelines are issued.
As to the holding of graduation and other end of school year ceremonies, Secretary Leonor M. Briones has made a press statement to put the same on hold amid the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
