I. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas hereby releases the Registry of Qualified Teacher-Applicants (RQA) for Kindergarten, Elementary and Secondary Teacher-Applicants (Batch 1) for School Year 2020-2021. (See Enclosure)
2. The attached RQA is the list of qualified applicants who obtained the cut-off score of seventy (70) points for Kindergarten to Junior High School and the cut-off score of sixty-five (65) points for Senior High School. The RQA shall be valid for a period of one (1) school year only.
3. It shall likewise be used for filling up of new teaching items and natural vacancies for Teacher I. However, a higher teaching position may be applied in Senior High School.
4. The RQA in DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2015 shall also be released after the evaluation of documents and recalibration of points of the remaining teacher-applicants.
5. On the other hand, licensed teacher-applicants who obtained score below the cut-off may be recommended as a substitute teacher whenever no available registered qualified teacher-applicant is available.
6. The next batch of RQA shall be posted after the conduct of the English Proficiency Test by the Bureau of Education Assessment and when the result has been released.
7. Teacher-applicants in the RQA are all considered qualified but is not a guarantee for a permanent position.
8. The guidelines in appointing qualified applicants shall be discussed in a separate memorandum.
9. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
