1. DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020 or the Revised Guidelines on Alternative Work Arrangements in the Department of Education During the Period of State of National Emergency Due to COVID-19 Pandemic was issued on June 15, 2020. On June 24, 2020, the Division Office received Memorandum DM-PHRODFO-2020-000198 dated June 22, 2020 titled Clarification on DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020 issued by the Office of the Undersecretary, the contents of which are almost the same as the initial message released by the Central Office and sent to the Division Office through the Regional Director Wilfredo E. Cabral on June 22, 2020 which was the basis of Division Memorandum No. 122, s. 2020 released on the same date.
2. The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases issued Resolution No. 46-A on June 15, 2020 extending the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in Region IV-A until June 30, 2020.
3. In Memorandum DM-PHRODFO-2020-000198 dated June 22, 2020, it was clarified that a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement is still highly recommended for both teaching and non-teaching personnel, especially for functions/processes/services that can be rendered through alternative strategies and remote modalities. It also stated that physical reporting to the workplace/onsite, including the conduct of physical enrolment in schools and/or other similar activities per DO No. 88, s. 2020 shall be highly discouraged, even in low-risk areas unless otherwise highly necessary (that is, only in the event that parents/guardians have no other means of submitting learner’s enrolment data through remote platforms).
4. In consideration of the aforesaid memorandum and IATF resolution, the following interim work arrangement shall be observed in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas until June 30, 2020 which is the period declared in the IATF Resolution extending GCQ in the region:
