This refers to the attached communication of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Cavite Provincial Operations Office regarding its request to be provided by this Office with the schedule of opening of classes of private schools and the list of private schools that submitted letter of intent for temporary or permanent closure of operations for the School Year 2020-2021 in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
In view of the foregoing, all private school owners/ principals are requested to indicate the essential data required to complete the database on opening of classes using the google form which can be accessed through the link: http://bitly/PSDasma
The data gathered shall serve as inputs for the DSWD- Cavite Operations Office to adequately prepare the monitoring tools that will be used in the above – mentioned program for the coming school year.
The online submission of the report is due on July 24, 2020.
