1. Relative to the issued OUA Memorandum 00-0720-0031 of the Department of Education through the Office of USEC. Alain Del B. Pascua, Undersecretary for Administration, regarding the “Procurement of Learning Management System (LMS): Not A Requirement”, the field is hereby informed that the Department of Education (DepEd) is in the final stages of releasing the DepEd Learning Management System (LMS) being developed by the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) which will be zero-rated or will be accessed for free without load charges.
2. Furthermore, some 315,540 teachers have already been trained on the said LMS since April 2020.
3. In view of the foregoing, the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration through the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas advises all concerned that there is no need for the schools to procure separate LMS.
