1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum dated July 7, 2020 titled Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Compliance Report and Service Information of All Frontline Services per Level of Governance, this Office hereby requests all the concerned functional divisions/units/ sections and schools to submit their Administrative Order No. 23 Compliance Report and Service Information Per Government Service.
2. For the Schools Division Office, the report shall be accomplished per division and shall be consolidated by Administrative Services Section. For the school level, the report shall be accomplished through filling out the template using the link https://bit.ly/ARTAschool. The deadline of submission is on July 13, 2020.
3. Attached is a copy of the said issuance with sample template for your reference.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
