Attached herewith is the communication letter re: Instabright Publication informing this Office about Instabright e-Gazette, invitation to teachers, school heads, and non-teaching personnel to submit articles for possible publication in their c-magazine.
It is understood that engagement of schools in this activity is purely on voluntary basis and with utmost consideration to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith and other existing DepEd guidelines and policies.
Furthermore, attendance to this activity is on official time only and no government fund shall be utilized for the said purpose.
