1. Pursuant to RA 9710 also known as Magna Carta of Women (MCW) and DepEd Memorandum 50 s. 2020 titled DepEd Professional Development (PD) Priorities for Teachers and School Leaders for School Year 2020 – 2023, this Division will be conducting the Gender and Development Workshop with the theme: TODAY WITH DEPED DASMARINAS: EMPLEYADONG may TIBAY, LAKAS at SIGLA sa PANAHON NG PANDEMYA on December 21, 2020 at 10 AM via Stream yard YouTube unlisted.
2. This seminar- workshop specifically aims to:
a. intensify the elimination of discrimination through the recognition, protection, fulfillment, and promotion of the rights of Filipino women, especially those belonging in the marginalized sectors of the society;
b. establish immediate coping skills of work at home parent (works from home and integrates parenting) during the time of pandemic;
c. maximize emotional well-being and the ability to make positive change; and
d. develop an organizational plan to achieve the balance the work and family life to sustain a Holistically Healthy Employees that will lead to Productively Happy Workforce.
