Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No.67, s. 2019: Re: 2019 Research Advocacy for Community Empowerment, this Office encourages all interested Division Office personnel, public and private school teacher-researchers and senior high school students especially those whose names are enclosed here to join
the said activity.
All interested researchers may submit their research entries to the official RACE 2019 website www.race2transforrn.com until January 30, 2019 (for competition) and February 11, 2019 (for exhibition).
A registration fee of One Thousand and Fifty Pesos (Php 1,050.00) for competition and Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 950.00) for exhibition shall be collected and charged against MOOE and/or local funds subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.
