1. Relative to the Memorandum from the Office of Atty. Margaret Joyce M. Reyes-Cortez, Election Officer, Dasmariñas City, dated February 27, 2019, the field is hereby informed of the live in training of all Electoral Board Chairpersons and Poll Clerks on March 7 to 9, 2019 at Tagaytay International Convention Center (TICC), Tagaytay City.
2. The electoral Board Chairpersons and Poll Clerks must execute Sworn Declaration as to their net taxable compensation income in order for their transportation allowance to be revealed.
3. In this connection, the training participants are required to bring Thirty Pesos (Php 30.00) worth of Documentary Stamp to the training. These documentary stamps will be affixed to the Sworn Declaration Form which will be provided by COMELEC.
4. The training participants are advised to be in the training venue at 7:30 in the morning or earlier on March 7, 2019.
5. In view of the foregoing, participating school heads are advised to make the following arrangements to ensure compliance with the policy stipulated in DepED Order No. 9, s. 2005 re: Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith:
– assign teachers who will temporarily handle the classes of teachers attending the live in training;
– conduct emergency classes; and
– conduct Saturday classes.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
