Pursuant to Regional Memorandum dated January 17, 2019 entitled Election Calendar for Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) for SY 2019-2020, and Division Memorandum No. 14, s. 2019 entitled Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Synchronized Automated Elections for SY 2019-2020, the field is hereby informed of the Orientation on the Updated Division-Wide SPG SSG Synchronized Automated Elections System for SY 2019-2020 on February 08, 2019 at Paliparan III Senior High School, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
The orientation aims to:
• Discuss the updated SPG SSG Automated Elections System to be used on the Division-Wide Synchronized SPG SSG Elections for SY 2019-2020; and
• Address other concerns.
Participants to the orientation are the SPG SSG Advisers, SPG SSG COMELEC Chairpersons / Advisers and School ICT Coordinators. Please take note of the schedule below. Attendance is a must.
