1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 008, s. 2019, entitled Administration of the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics 2019 Main Survey, the Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), will administer the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) 2019 Main Survey in February 2019. This is pursuant to DepEd Order No. 29, s. 2017 entitled Policy Guidelines on System Assessment in the K to 12 Basic Education Program
2. Enclosed herewith is the DepEd Memorandum No. 008 s. 2019.
3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
