As a Corrigendum to Division Unnumbered Memorandum, re: Checking of School Forms which was scheduled March 27— 29, 2019, this Office moves the said date on March 29, 2019 and April 1, 2019. In relation to this, an emergency meeting regarding the change of schedule will be conducted on March 27, 2019 at 8:30 AM at the Division Office Conference Room. All members of the Division Checking Committee are expected to attend this meeting.
