1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum dated January 17, 2019 entitled Election Calendar for Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) for SY 2019-2020, the field is hereby informed of the Division-Federated Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Online Mobile Elections for SY 2019-2020 on March 11, 2019, Monday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Buiwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. Participants to this activity are the newly-elected SPG and SSG Advisers, Presidents, upon their oath-taking ceremony, regardless if he/she will run for Division-Federated positions or not, and Division-Federated SSG Advisers and Presidents of School Year 2018-2019.
3. Participants shall bring smart mobile phones for the election proper. QR Codes will be posted at the venue after the event for Certificates of Participation and Appearance.
4. SPG and SSG Advisers shall bring their Special Order signed and released by the School Head.
5. In accordance with Makakalikasan Program, participant shall ONLY bring tumbler and no single-use plastic is allowed.
6. Enclosed herewith are Regional Memorandum dated January 17, 2019 entitled Election Calendar for Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) for SY 2019-2020 and the List of Division-Federated SSG Advisers and Presidents of School Year 2018-2019.
7. Travel and food expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Furthermore, utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2017 on Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Off-Campus Activities and DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Tasks and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and other existing DepEd rules and guidelines shall be observed. …
