1. Relative to the participation of Dasmariñas City Delegation to the 2019 Palarong Pambansa on April 27 to May 4, 2019 at Davao City, this is to inform the field that Live In Training for CALABARZON Delegates (for regular students and students with disability) is scheduled on April 8-17, 2019 at Laguna Sports Complex, Brgy. Bubukal, Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
2. In addition, all coaches, assistant coaches, chaperons, and trainors together with Division Education Program Supervisors and Division Sports/SPED Coordinators are required to attend the orientation meeting on April 8, 2019, 1:00 PM at the aforementioned training venue.
3. CALABARZON Delegates shall travel to Davao City on April 22, 2019 to provide time for practice and to get accustomed with the playing venues. All athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperons, trainers, delegation officials, and members of different working committees must strictly comply with the travel schedule. Dasmariñas City delegates shall meet at Dasmariñas Integrated High School Gate 1 on April 22, 2019, 4:30 AM sharp, for departure to Pier 4 Manila bound to Davao City. Expected schedule of return to our Division is on May 9, 2019. All members of the delegation are required to bring their own mattresses and beddings.
4. Please see attached regional memoranda and official list of athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperons, caregivers, trainers, and delegation officials joining the 2019 Palarong Pambansa.
