1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 029, s. 2019 and Division Memorandum No. 61, s. 2019 re: Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) for SY 2019 – 2020, this office hereby reiterates the implementation of OBE which will run from May 27 to June 7, 2019.
2. Relative hereto, all public elementary and secondary schools are reminded to set up the necessary provisions required for the entirety of its implementation and adhere to the Standard Policies on School Opening to readily address problems, queries and concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the school year and ensure that learners are properly enrolled and able to attend school on the first day of classes.
