1. In line with DepEd Order No.5,s.2016 re: Early Registration S.Y.2016-17 and with the ongoing Division Child Mapping Activity, this office declares the month of March as Division Enrolment Month for Senior High School.
2. This activity aims to:
a. ensure that all Grade 10 finishers (candidates) are enrolled in Senior High School;
b. give equal opportunity to public and private schools in accepting SHS enrollees especially those who have just recently acquired their permit to operate SHS;
c. help the schools in finalizing their planning activities which include scheduling, facilities, and the like.
3. Enrolment shall commence on March 5, 2016 (Saturday) until March 26, 2016. Students who will enroll in the same school where they are enrolled in Junior High School are advised to register during weekdays while students who will enroll in other Senior High Schools (public or private) shall enroll on a Saturday to avoid disruption of classes or absences.
4. Student shall bring a copy of certification that he/she is a candidate for Moving Up to Senior High School as a requirement.
5. Senior High Schools shall submit to the division office thru a consolidation of enrollees per track/strand/specialization on or before March 30, 2016.
6. Relevant to this activity, a meeting for all Senior High Schools (public/private/HEls) and private high schools with existing G10 students will be held on March 4, 2016, 4pm at Congressional National High School.
7. A copy of Senior High School Directory is attached iii this memorandum as reference.
8. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
