Relative to the steadily increasing number of dengue cases in Dasmarinas City reported from January 1, 2019 to August 18, 2019, this Office reiterates the significance of and compliance of all concerned to the City Ordinance No. 10-S-2018; Institutionalizing Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika, and Japanese Encephalitis Prevention and Control Program, Requiring All Residents and Establishments of the City of Dasmariñas to Strengthen the Fight Against These Mosquito-Borne Diseases and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof.
In view of the foregoing, attention of all public and private schools is invited to the provisions under Sections 11, 12, 13 and 22 of the ordinance to wit:
Section 11. Creation of the School Anti-Mosquito-Borne-Diseases Task Force. “The School Anti-Mosquito-borne Diseases Task Force is hereby created hereinafter referred to as the SAMDTF, which shall primarily support the City Government of Dasmarinas in its effort to fight Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika and Japanese encephalitis.”
