Relative to the enclosed DepEd Memorandum No. 102, s. 2019 re: 2019 Washington SyCip National Education Summit scheduled on September 18-19, 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasig City, all DepEd officials, teachers, and personnel who have been invited by Synergia or their local partners to the summit are hereby authorized to attend the event on official business.
The registration fee of four thousand pesos (Php 4,000) per participant may be charged to the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) or other local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
