1. Pursuant to DepEd Memo No. 54, s. 2019 entitled “Schedule of the Administration of National Assessment of Student Learning for the K to 12 Basic Education Program,” the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the registration for 2019 Philippine Educational Placement Test National Administration. Furthermore, the registration form is already available.
2. Registration of public and private elementary and secondary PEPT applicants for the regular examination and initial validation of required documents will be done by the designated Test Registration Officers at Dasmariñas Integrated High School namely:
a. Test Registration Officer Chairperson: RufinaB. Legaspi – Guidance Coordinator III
b. Assistant Test Registration Officer: Alma G. Estrera – Guidance Counselor
3. The registration period will run from August 14, 2019 to September 30, 2019. The soft copy of list of qualified test takers shall be submitted in excel file which will be forwarded to the DTC to facilitate the smooth conduct of registration and item placement generation.
4. Submission of report on the total number of registrants from both public and private elementary and secondary schools to the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), Office of the Director, through the Education Assessment Division will be on or before October 5, 2019. …
