To ensure compliance with Deped Order No. 48, s. 2016, or the Policy and Guidelines on Comprehensive Tobacco Control, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas shall make the Brief Tobacco Intervention (BTI) available and accessible to students and personnel in need of such services as stated in Deped order No. 110, s. 2019 entitled, “Designation of Regional and Schools Division Personnel to Handle Smoking Cessation and Providing Necessary Training.”
In relation to the said memorandum, all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby requested to identify one Tobacco Control Program focal person based from the criteria and send the name to hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph using the prescribed format.
