1. Relative to the attached Regional Order No. 8 s. 2019 re: DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON Data Privacy Manual dated July 25, 2019, the field is hereby furnished with the copy of the said Manual.
2. In view thereof, all offices and schools under the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas are hereby instructed to comply with the provisions of the Manual relative to processing of personal data to ensure its safety and security.
3. As stated in the Manual, private schools shall establish their respective privacy manuals in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. In the absence of a privacy manual, private schools are encouraged to adopt this manual and its applicable provisions.
