For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the unnumbered Memorandum from the Secretary, Department of Education dated September 6, 2019 relative to the reassignment of Dr. Celedonio B. Balderas, Jr., Schools Division Superintendent from the Division of Cavite City to the
Division of Dasmariñas City, the contents of which are self-explanatory.
Relative to the abovementioned reassignment, official correspondence for Dr. Celedonio B. Balderas, Jr. shall be signed as follows:
