Bright Smiles, Bright Futures Program for School Year 2019-2020 is a joint program of Department of Education and Colgate- Palmolive Philippines Inc. that promotes oral health by distributing toothbrushes and toothpastes to all kindergarten pupils of public schools in this Division.
Through the Health and Nutrition Unit- Dental Section, each school will be visited by the Division Dentists to distribute Oral Health kits among the target beneficiaries of the program in January 2020. School Heads are expected to extend assistance in facilitating the distribution.
