This office would like to reiterate the guidelines stipulated in DepEd Memo No. 137, s. 2015 entitled Dissemination of COMELEC Resolution No. 10003. Said memo stipulates that government officials and employees can apply for local absentee voting as long as they file their application for the availment of the local absentee voting before March 7, 2016 and they are included in the National List of Registered
Voters. Kindly ensure wide dissemination of the said DepEd Memo.
