The Knights of Columbus (Parokya ng Mabuting Pastol, Pala-Pala, City of Dasmarinas) will be sponsoring the “Knights of Columbus Model Pupil Award 2016” for the most deserving student graduating in the school year 2015-2016 in selected clusters (II, Ill, IX & X). Moreover, they have requested that the awarding be included during each school’s Graduation Program.
In line with this, kindly provide this office with the name of the student to be awarded and other important details after the school ranking using the attached format.
