a. Annual Implementation Plan (AlP) Calendar Year 3
b. School Report Card (SRC)
Kindly submit the requested documents hard copy and online thru email at cid.dasmacity@deped.qov.ph on or before May 11, 2018.
Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
