In reference to the Department of Budget and Management Circular Letter No. 2016- 11 dated December 16, 2016 and COA & DBM Joint Circular No. 2013 – 1, all departments are required to submit the BFAR online through the DBM Unified Reporting System (URS).
To assure that this office meets the accurate, complete, and timely submission of the BFARs, we hereby set the timeline for the submission of the abovementioned reports.
