In order to consolidate the Division Purok gathered data on DasmaSiGaSig Purok System, this office would like to reiterate the submission of consolidated district report to Dr. Eulalia I. Marquez and Mr. Michael de Guzman through the CID office on or before May 31, 2018. Tracking of enrolment will be
done by the district supervisors assigned by clusters to assess the effectiveness of the project in the area of their concerns.
