In order to establish a file of consolidated number of elementary and secondary completers/promotees/graduates and report on shifting in the Division, the field is hereby instructed to submit their Report on Number of Completers/Promotees/Graduates for SY 2016-2017 and SY 2017-2018 and Report on Shifting for SY 2018-2019.
Kindly submit the requested report in one hard copy to the Research and Planning Unit not later than May 21, 2018.
