This is to inform the field of the open nominations for outstanding volunteer individuals and organizations in the Search for Outstanding Volunteer (SOV), an annual activity of the Philippine National Volunteer Service and Coordinating Agency in coordination with the NEDA Regional Offices. The guidelines on the nominations can be downloaded from the website www.pnvsca.gov.ph .
Enclosed herewith are the nomination forms to be filled out and submitted to the Division Office not
later than June 7, 2018.
