Relative to the attached DepEd Memorandum dated 4 April 2018, this office is requesting all public elementary, junior and senior high schools to submit a report on the existing interventions and clean up drive activity for Manila Bay Rehabilitation using the template and guided by the ANNEX A attached on the memorandum.
