1. The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), through the Koro Bulakenyo Inc., will conduct the Conference on Epikong-Bayan ng Filipinas: Tradisyon, Lipunan, Inobasyon from August 30 to 31, 2018 at the National Museum of Fine Arts Auditorium, Manila.
2. The conference includes lecture presentations from notable scholars in the country as well as performances of Philippine epics by local chanters.
3. The conference is intended for teachers of Social Sciences, Arts and Filipino. The attendance of public school teachers and personnel shall be on official business.
4. Enclosed is the DepEd Memorandum no. 115, s. 2018 for your guidance.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum is desired.
