Relative to the BSP Council Memorandum Number 03 s. 2018 regarding the conduct of Councilwide Basic Training Course for Kawan and Troop Leaders on July 27-28, 2018 at Bulihan Sites and Services Project Elementary School, Silang, Cavite, this Office hereby informs the field that:
The training is a live-in three-day course to be participated by prospective unit leaders. This course will help update the capabilities of Unit Leaders to manage their registered units. Reporting time is 5:00 PM.
Prospective participants to this training must be endorsed by their respective school heads. Such endorsement will be then submitted to the Division Office not later July 20, 2018.
In particular, those participating teachers whose classes are beyond 5:00 PM should include in the endorsement letter the names of teacher-relievers as a response to the TEACHERS’ TIME ON TASK AND NO DISRUPTION OF CLASSES POLICY.
Please be notified that only those names that would be listed in the Division Travel Order are allowed to go to the said activity.
