Relative to the Division Memorandum 104, s.2018 re: Division Mid-Year Monitoring for Effective ALS Program Implementation scheduled on July 17-31, 2018, the field is hereby informed of the continuous Monitoring and Providing Technical Assistance to ALS Implementers from August to September 2018.
Likewise, another schedule of visit to CLC to follow up the status of effective ALS program implementation will be held on October to November 2018.
Attached is the copy of the monitoring tool to be used during the visit.
