In response to the request of Mr. Richie H. Salubre, president of City of Dasmariñas Public Secondary School Teachers and Employees Federation (CDPSSTEF), this office hereby authorized the conduct of a dialogue between the Board of Directors of CDPSSTEF and the Secondary School Heads of this Division on March 16, 2016, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the library of Dasmariñas National High School.
The primary objective of the dialogue is to allow the CDPSSTEF to present their proposal on the implementation of DepEd Memorandum No. 291, s. 2008 re: Guidelines for the Implementation of CSC Resolution No. 080096 on working Hours for Public School Teachers, DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2009 re: Addendum to DepEd Memorandum No. 291, s. 2008 and Unnumbered Memorandum from DepEd Region 4-A, dated June 23, 2015 re: Ensuring Equitable Workloads for Public Servants in DepEd CALABARZON.
Other matters shall be discussed subject to the availability of time which includes the establishment of teachers’ cooperative and membership of secondary schools to the CDPSSTEF.
