This is to reiterate the use of the City Schools Division Official website https://www.depeddasma.edu.ph. Furthermore, we are glad to inform the field that the said website was linked in schools’ official email accounts ( as attached in the Division Unnumbered Memorandum dated July 12, 2018 re: OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNEL ) and automatically sends a notification for the new posted issuances.
Relative to this, to ensure that all issuances posted on website were read by forty (43) public schools in this division, all School Heads are advised to acknowledge the receipt of email notification every end of the day or on the next working day, using the format below:
