All Senior High School learners taking up TVL track are highly encouraged to fill up the Trainee’s Profile Form issued by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This will be utilized by the said agency in looking at the actual picture of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and help our Grade 12 learners to be assessed and certified in their chosen track.
Hard copy of the Trainee’s Profile Form shall be forwarded to the office of the TESDA Provincial Director and it is required to be submitted on October 12, 2018 at the Division office addressed to:

Education Program Supervisor
All Senior High School principals are required to create a database of learner’s profile aligned to the Trainees Profile Form of TESDA.
