In consonance with the DepEd Memorandum No. 145 s. 2018 re: Administration of the Test of English Proficiency for Teachers and Process Skills Test (TEPT- PSTSM) in Science and Mathematics, the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) with the assistance of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas Testing Personnel shall administer the Test of English Proficiency for Teachers (TEPT) and Process Skills Test (PST) in Science and Mathematics to all permanent Grades 11 and 12 teachers in public schools on November 11, 2018 (Sunday),7:30 AM at Dasmariñas Elementary School, Don Placido Avenue, Zone 3, Dasmariñas City.

In view of the foregoing, all School Heads are required to submit the list of grade 11 and 12 public teachers teaching Science and Mathematics to cid@depeddasma.edu.ph using the following format on October 25, 2018.
