1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 580 s. 2018, this Office will conduct a half-day consultative meeting on October 19, 2018, 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the CSDO Conference Room.
2. The participants to this consultative meeting are the School Based Management (SBM) Coordinators.
3. All participants are requested to bring laptop, extension wire, and to prepare a 5-minute video presentation of the following:
a. Report on the establishment and organization of School Governing Council in Schools such as election process, installation procedures and its composition
b. Status report on the functionality of the School Governing Council in school improvement process focused on children’s learning and welfare;
c. Report on assessment progress of SGC in ensuring public accountability and continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.
4. Moreover, a hardcopy of the aforementioned reports shall be submitted during the meeting.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
