With reference to the conduct of City Division Meet this coming October 15 -18 2018 at selected playing venues, there will be Sports Clinic and Solidarity Meeting of all concerned coaches, tournament coordinators, officiating officials, Division screening committee, In-charge in Sports for Regular (Elementary & Secondary), SPED and ALS on October 15, 2018 (Monday) 8:00 pm at Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School Covered Court.
Officiating officials are advised to bring their own food at the whole duration of the City Meet. Only athletes, coaches and chaperones have the provision of foods from their respective delegation. Attached herewith are the list of officiating officials, list of participating teams per event and different playing venues.
