1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum 148 s. 2018 entitled “National Mental Health Week and the World Mental Health Day”, all elementary, secondary and senior high schools in the City of Dasmariñas are invited to conduct an “Observance of Mental Health Day / School Mental Health Forum” guided with the theme of the World Mental Health Day “Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World”.
2. A simple yet meaningful observance of the said activity is encouraged. Funds to be utilized relative to the activity may be charged from the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) as mentioned in the attached DepEd Memorandum.
3. A narrative report of the conducted activities must be submitted to the Health and Nutrition Unit via e-mail at hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before October 19, 2018.
