Attached herewith is a letter from Kabataan Iwas sa Droga Movement Inc. re: Conduct of free drug -awareness seminar which is composed of 45 minutes mini- concert (optional) and three hours lecture on illegal drugs, tobacco, and alcohol, focusing on physiological, legal, psychological and spiritual aspects to the public and private schools of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas for the appraisal of the School Principal with utmost consideration to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
Moreover, the accommodation of the proposed activity in schools shall be on voluntary basis, and under no circumstances shall mini – concert be allowed to be conducted in schools.
