1. Relative to the DepEd Memorandum No. 55, s. 2016 entitled Policy Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student Learning for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, the field is hereby informed that the administration of 2018 Philippine Educational Placement Test shall be on November 18, 2018, 7:00 AM at Dasmariñas Integrated High School.
2. In line with this, a division orientation on the standardized procedures of the administration of the 2018 Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) shall be conducted on November 9, 2018, 1:00 PM at Schools Division Conference Room.
3. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of the Room Examiners, Room Supervisors, Chief Examiner and Registration and Verifier.
4. 1 Day service credit shall be granted to the Room Examiners, Room Supervisors, Chief Examiner, and Registration and Verifier upon rendering their service during the administration of the examination.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
