1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum 688 s.2018, entitled “Year-End Performance Appraisal on Core Team and Knowledge Management cum FTAD Symposium”, the field is hereby encouraged to submit entries for the selection of the successful implementers of Regional Programs and Projects in
following categories:
a. Best District Schools Clique: A Tour de Force Implementer
b. Best Schools Clique: A Tour de Force Implementer (Leader and Partner School)
c. Best District Project 555 Implementer
d. Best School Project 555 Implementer
2. Participating districts and schools are requested to submit a 5-minute video presentation which includes pictures and narratives of the activities held during the conduct of the programs using the format below:
• Introduction
• Executive summary
• Highlight
• Milestones
3. All hard copies and video presentations (in CD format) will be accepted at the Division Office until 12:00 noon of November 12, 2018. Attached is a copy of Regional Memorandum 688 s. 2018 for your perusal.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
